Pinterest didn't launch at SXSW, but the Valley still loves it anyway.

Article from the NYT.  Pinterest may not have started in Silicon Valley, and many of its users may be Midwest moms, but it knows where to put its HQ if wants to be close to the action, and to VCs wanting to invest.
