Will lowering ticket prices put fans in the stands on the South Side too?

Good article by Bruce Levine at ESPN Chicago. The Chicago White Sox were in first place for much of the year, and were in the pennant race to the end.  However, even if with that, attendance was <2m, while the North-side, non-playoff-contending, Cubs drew over 2.8m fans.  I think there's more to it than just lowering ticket prices.  Sox need to find a competive market advantage, and work on improving the overall fan experience.  Contact me for ideas.
